Job Opportunity: Support Worker Role in Accommodation Services

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in providing care and support services to individuals with high support needs. The role involves assisting clients with personal care, daily living activities, and promoting autonomy within shared living environments.

Key Responsibilities:">

  • Provide personal care and daily living support to clients with high support needs.">
  • Assist clients with manual handling and use of aids.">
  • Support clients with complex needs and medical requirements.">
  • Foster independence and inclusion in shared living environments.">
">Required Skills and Qualifications:">
  • ">
  • Experience supporting high-needs disability clients.">
  • Confidence in manual handling and use of aids.">
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.">
  • Flexibility for varied shifts and rostered work.">
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills (Word & Outlook).">
  • Current Driver's Licence, Working With Children Check, NSW NDIS Worker Screening Check, and National Police Check.">
  • Desirable: Certificate III or IV in Disability Support (or equivalent) and knowledge of NDIA processes.">
