The offshore geologist plays a critical role in providing geoscience solutions to clients across various industries.

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and skilled marine geoscientist to join our team of experts. As a key member, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting high-quality offshore geo-data to provide accurate and customized advice to clients on their individual project needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead technical teams related to geology or engineering geology in projects, delegate tasks, guide team members, and review calculations and reports for accuracy;
  • Take on the role of Project Manager for Marine Consulting Projects;
  • Prepare and review technical reports and proposals in a timely, organized and accurate manner;
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the project team and the client, handling communications on technical matters;
  • Help develop project opportunities and identify markets;
  • Write and publish papers, participate in technical development in designated areas and competencies;
About You

We are looking for a candidate with extensive experience (ideally 8-10 years) as a consulting geologist/geoscientist engineer within the offshore industry.
