Job Description

Bentley Systems is a leading provider of software solutions to engineers, architects, and geospatial professionals.

The company requires software of the highest quality to ensure infrastructure safety and compliance with regulatory requirements.

As a Senior Software Developer in the Offshore design group, you will develop and maintain Bentley's offshore software products, including numerical algorithms for offshore engineering and general mathematical calculations.

You will design, program, and document numerical algorithms, troubleshoot engineering design modules, and assist a team of programmers in implementing different engineering design modules for Bentley's MOSES product.

Responsibilities include:

  • Designing, programming, and documenting numerical algorithms
  • Troubleshooting engineering design modules
  • Developing advanced hydrodynamic analysis software
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • An advanced degree in Naval Architecture, Structural or Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or relevant experience
  • Advanced programming skills in FORTRAN
  • A deep understanding of Hydrodynamics
  • Experience in developing software using Intel FORTRAN and Object-oriented programming
