Embedded Software Team Lead

We are seeking an exceptional leader to spearhead the development of cutting-edge embedded software solutions for IoT modules, silicon, and devices with a focus on satellite IoT connectivity.

The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and developing embedded software for IoT systems prioritizing reliability and low power consumption. A strong background in implementing and optimizing communication protocols for IoT systems is also required.

In addition, the successful candidate will be responsible for integrating IoT firmware with hardware components such as microcontrollers, communication modules, and external networks. Developing and implementing over-the-air firmware update systems will also be a key responsibility.

The selected individual will conduct testing and validation to verify and validate the performance, security, and reliability of IoT systems. Producing and managing technical documentation including APIs and user manuals will also be a part of the role.

The Embedded Software Team Lead will apply security protocols to safeguard IoT devices and data through encryption, authentication, and operating system hardening.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Proficiency in coding in C language.
  • Previous involvement throughout the complete product lifecycle.
  • Enthusiasm about working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to set standards and processes.
