Clinical Research Specialist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Research Specialist to join our team.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating scales administered by raters in clinical trials. They will ensure that assessments are conducted in a standardized manner to guarantee data reliability. The quality of assessments will be evaluated, and the specialist will interact with raters to discuss assessment methodology, scoring techniques, and provide guidance as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate case data and prepare for discussions with raters.
  • Complete rater interactions and assigned tasks as scheduled.
  • Submit documentation associated with assigned tasks in a timely manner.

Required Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess a Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Psychiatric Nursing, or Social Work, or an equivalent qualification. A minimum of 3 years' experience administering psychiatric assessments, ratings scales, and structured clinical interviews is required. Experience in central nervous system (CNS) trials is preferred.

  • Excellent organization, attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Computer proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office.
