Production Supervisor

- A Full Time Salaried Permanent Role.

- National Olive Oil Producer 30km North of Adelaide.

- Responsible for All Outgoing Customer Orders.

- Managing and Working Alongside a Small Production Team (6 FTE).

The Bovalina Group has Over 65,000 Olive Trees Locally in Share Farming Strategy. A Supplier of Olive Oil and Olives Australia Wide, Bovalina Also Supplies Contract Processing and Bottling of Olive Oil for Several South Australian Growers and Supermarkets.

Reporting to the Business Owners, this role will be responsible for managing the logistics for the daily production schedule along with overseeing all inbound and outgoing orders for our customers. Leading and working alongside a small and dedicated production team in a climate-controlled environment, this role will ensure daily production schedules including: bottling, labelling, order pick, pack and dispatch as per our customer's requirements.

Other key areas of responsibility include:

- Accountable for Daily Production Schedules
- Working alongside and with the production/logistics team
- Providing owners with reporting on stock levels and production targets
- Assisting with business improvement initiatives
- Championing a culture of workplace safety and harmony
- Ideally suiting an individual with experience within a role that has had hands on responsibility within a food or beverage base production business applicants with, applicants with experience across warehouse, logistics and managing small teams will be highly regarded. A current forklift license will be required to perform the requirements of the role.
