As a Principal or Senior Ecologist, you will be part of our Canberra ACT team, working on diverse and technically challenging projects. You will have the opportunity to lead ecological initiatives, provide technical expertise, and contribute to the growth and success of our consultancy firm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead ecological surveys, impact assessments, and provide expert advice to clients
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, including clients, government agencies, and team members
  • Manage medium and large-scale ecological assessment and management projects
  • Prepare and review reports, and ensure delivery to final quality
Requirements
  • A minimum of 10+ years of experience as a Principal Ecologist and 5+ years as a Senior Ecologist
  • Degree qualified in ecology, environmental science, zoology, botany, or a related discipline
  • Demonstrated experience in managing ecological projects, developing relationships, and preparing reports
  • Strong understanding of relevant legislation, regulations, and environmental policies
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
