We are currently seeking a seasoned Program Manager to oversee the forecasting, planning, and management of our current and future projects.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor project teams, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and maintain project plans and schedules in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Manage and reconcile project budgets; support final contract sum reconciliation.
  • Collaborate on and revise project schedules, including stakeholder inputs, for approval.
  • Ensure timely approval of project variations; align project plans, reports, and documentation.
  • Oversee the delivery of completion documents; track project metrics, defects, and field issue trends.
  • Manage project changes; participate in Lessons Learned workshops.
  • Coordinate resource allocation to meet project timelines.
  • Assess project impacts on cost/schedule; submit recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Partner with stakeholders to prepare monthly forecasts with risk/contingency.
  • Review project KPIs and lead indicators; propose improvement strategies.
