Job OverviewThe Customer Service Representative plays a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences at our racing venues.
This is a customer-facing position that requires providing accurate, efficient and friendly betting and information services to all customers.
The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team to create seamless customer experiences.
Main Responsibilities- Provide assistance with placing bets and offering information for Racing and Sports products.
- Help customers use our new App.
- Offer prompt, efficient and friendly service to all customers.
- Offer general information such as scratchings, track conditions, events and bet types.
- Adhere to regulations and maintain confidentiality.
- Evaluate cash control and be security minded.
- Customer service experience and a client-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently/unsupervised.
- Familiarity with technology and smartphones to assist customers with our new app.
- Aptitude to problem solve by translating and interpreting information.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
