  • We are seeking an experienced Business Development Representative to join our dynamic team.

As a Business Development Representative, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth through outbound lead generation, cold calls, emails, social outreach, and networking.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Researching and identifying potential customers
  • Building relationships with C-suite and directors to drive interest
  • Delivering targeted marketing content to prospects
  • Collaborating with Account Executives to develop and execute joint territory plans

Requirements and Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience as a Business Development Representative or similar sales role
  • Proven track record in outbound lead generation and consistently over-achieving quotas
  • Strong hunter mentality: self-motivated, proactive, and able to take initiative
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
