About This Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and flexible educator to join our team. As a Casual Educator, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality educational programs in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of education programs that cater to the diverse needs of children.
  • Supervise and engage with children at all times, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Maintain a safe and inclusive environment for children, families, and staff.
  • Build strong relationships with children and families, fostering a sense of belonging and connection.
  • Comply with relevant standards and policies, ensuring continuous improvement and excellence in practice.
  • Participate in reflective practice and ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • A recognised early childhood qualification.
  • A current Working with Children Check.
  • Ability to work flexibly between Monday-Friday, 6:00am-6:00pm.
