About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Grounds Maintenance Team Lead to join our team at Programmed. As a Grounds Maintenance Team Lead, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality grounds maintenance services to our clients in Western Sydney.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate grounds maintenance activities across multiple sites in Western Sydney.
  • Supervise and train a team of grounds maintenance staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure that all grounds maintenance activities are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure that all grounds maintenance activities are aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  • Ensure that all safety protocols are followed and that all staff are aware of their responsibilities in relation to safety.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in grounds maintenance or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Manual driver's license.
