Supply Chain Expertise

As a critical component of our supply chain success, you will assume ownership and drive results. You'll be responsible for anticipating challenges, communicating effectively with stakeholders, and delivering solutions that make a real difference.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Forecast Evaluation: Review and assess supply and demand forecasts to ensure alignment with operational requirements and business objectives
  • Tender Management: Collaborate closely with procurement to plan and execute tenders efficiently and cost-effectively
  • Purchase Order Management: Generate and issue purchase orders promptly to support procurement activities and maintain supply continuity
  • Order Receipting & Invoice Reconciliation: Accurately process purchase order receipts and match with supplier invoices to resolve discrepancies and maintain financial integrity
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Partner with commercial teams to share critical information on stock levels, re-supply dates, and other data to support commercial initiatives and customer satisfaction
  • Inventory Management: Oversee and maintain optimal inventory levels to meet future demand and minimize stockouts or excess
  • Risk Mitigation: Develop and implement robust contingency plans to proactively address potential supply chain risks and disruptions
