About the Role
- Establish a positive and engaged culture within the Care Home for all employees to flourish in.
- Maintain a visible presence among the team, residents, and families through regular floor walks, engagement in activities, and collaboration for continuous improvement.
- Ensure Aged Care Standards are deeply embedded within the home.
- Analyze and resolve business challenges, leveraging key insights to develop and implement effective interventions at pace.
- Deliver required sales, occupancy, and financial outcomes.
The ideal candidate will possess experience leading a customer-centric culture in a B2C business, focused on enhancing customer engagement, experience, and acting on customer feedback. Experience in the aged care sector or related fields is desirable but not essential.
