We are looking for an accomplished Civil Construction Professional who has a passion for the job and is driven to grow and achieve new goals individually and as a team. You'll have a keen eye for detail and an appreciation for high-quality work.

You'll be responsible for leading and inspiring our Roadside & Drainage team in delivering safe and sustainable works for civil construction and maintenance projects, as well as contract works associated with roads, drainage, footpaths, cycleways, carparks, street and roadside furniture and any other assets as directed to meet program requirements for internal customers whilst maintaining job satisfaction.

  • This is a permanent opportunity – working full-time 38 hours/week + access to flexible working arrangement such as a 4-day week

About the Role

  • A Certificate III in Civil Construction and/or relevant experience
  • Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills
  • Possess or have the ability to obtain accreditations such as ChemCert, Traffic Controller, Implement Traffic Control plans, Safe Work Near Power Lines, First Aid Certificate
