Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to drive technical excellence across power system studies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end grid connection processes, guiding technical delivery of complex studies and ensuring seamless integration with the grid.
  • Develop innovative design and engineering solutions that meet industry standards.
  • Oversight of project controls and subcontractor management to ensure timely and cost-effective outcomes.
  • Conduct site inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
About You

You must be a driven and experienced professional with a passion for power systems and a collaborative mindset. A strong technical foundation and desire to lead, mentor, and make a real impact in the renewable energy space are essential.

Requirements:
  • Senior-Principal level experience delivering complex, high-voltage grid connection projects.
  • Strong focus on health, safety, environment, and quality (HSEQ).
  • Chartered status with Engineers Australia and RPEQ registration.

A degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Mathematics is preferred. Must have experience with PSS/E, PSCAD, PowerFactory, and Hypersim software.
