Healthcare Administrator

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Healthcare Administrator to join our team at SA Health. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, confidential administrative services to clients, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide reception services, including answering phone calls and responding to emails
• Admit and discharge patients, ensuring accurate and timely processing of medical records
• Prepare and run client information reports, utilizing strong data entry and computer skills
• Provide clerical and administrative support to the healthcare team, including word processing and medical record administrative services

Requirements

• Previous experience working in a reception and medical records department
• Well-organized with a keen eye for detail, able to perform tasks with minimal supervision
• Proven competence in preparing medical casenotes, reflecting good data entry and computer skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
