Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and organized Administration Officer to join our team at SA Health. As an Administration Officer, you will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative support to our clients, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a reception service, including answering phone calls and responding to emails
  • Admit and discharge patients, ensuring accurate and timely processing of medical records
  • Prepare and run client information reports, utilizing data entry and computer skills
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to the team, including word processing and medical record administrative services

Requirements

  • A solid background working in a reception and medical records department
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced health environment, prioritizing workloads and performing tasks with minimal supervision
  • Proven competence in the preparation of medical casenotes, reflecting good data entry and computer skills
