About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Diesel Fitter to join our team at our Toowoomba workshop. As a Component Fitter, you will be responsible for rebuilding and repairing heavy equipment components to OEM or better standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Rebuild and repair heavy equipment components to OEM or better standard
  • Work autonomously with minimal supervision while meeting targets set by management
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and technical excellence initiatives
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve productivity and cost-saving goals

Requirements:

  • Australian recognised trade completion certificate and minimum 5 years post-trade experience
  • Minimum 2 years' experience rebuilding CAT components
  • Experience with other brand componentry advantageous
