Comprehensive Care Specialist

This role involves providing comprehensive and appropriate social work assessment and intervention as an integral part of the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for working with patients/clients of the Northern NSW Local Health District, providing high-quality care and support.
They will work closely with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement plans that meet the needs of clients and their families.
- Provide individualized care and support to patients/clients with a focus on promoting health and wellbeing;
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient/client care;
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients/clients and their families;
As a casual social worker, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including hospitals, community health centers, and other healthcare facilities.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
