Advertising Campaign Coordinator

We are seeking a professional to coordinate and assist with the administration of advertising campaigns.

Responsibilities include:

  • Conduct market research on the advertising industry, including clients and competitors
  • Schedule, coordinate and report on campaign instalments
  • Create presentations with mock-ups required for activations, research and reporting
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the film industry and upcoming releases
  • Develop relationships with internal teams, clients and exhibitors
  • General administration, organisation and responses to enquiries

Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing, Media or Communications (desirable)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • A personal style characterised by collaboration, confidence and self-motivation
  • A proactive approach and ability to meet deadlines
  • Experience in a media or customer service role (beneficial)

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the advertising industry and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
