The Regional Maintenance role offers a dynamic opportunity to perform specialist tasks at commercial sites, public toilets, BBQs, and car parks.

Responsibilities include:

  • Efficiently operating tools and equipment
  • Maintaining cleanliness through programmed activities such as window cleaning, floor scrubbing, pressure washing, and steam cleaning
  • Programmed cleaning and servicing of public toilets and BBQs
  • Removing graffiti and restoring assets
  • Completing general handyman tasks for thorough cleaning

To succeed in this role:

  • A valid full driver's license is essential
  • Adequate physical fitness is required
  • Good written and verbal communication skills are necessary
  • Workplace Health and Safety awareness is crucial
  • Ability to work autonomously and as a team player
  • Able to meet target deadlines and quality standards with accurate completion of associated paperwork
  • A current Police & Working with Children's Check is mandatory
  • A minimum of 6 months commercial maintenance cleaning experience is preferred
  • Certificate 3 in Cleaning Operations is desirable
