Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Officer to maintain the safety, functionality, and appearance of our facilities through proactive maintenance and repair work.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Performing scheduled preventative maintenance and external cleaning
  • Undertaking administrative tasks related to maintenance operations
  • Managing external contractors and minor building projects
  • Using equipment and materials safely and responsibly

Your work will help maintain a safe and welcoming environment for residents, staff, and visitors.

About You:

  • Experience in commercial maintenance and groundskeeping within an aged care setting or a similar environment
  • Ability to follow safety procedures and preventative maintenance schedules
  • Valid Police Check and Queensland Driver's Licence
