Home Healthcare Physiotherapist

We are seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our team, providing expert care in Acute or Rehab settings within the comfort of clients' homes.
The ideal candidate will possess recent experience in Physiotherapy services, including hydrotherapy treatments, in relevant clinical environments.
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based physiotherapy assessments and treatments for all patients/clients, incorporating hydrotherapy where applicable.
- Establish strong working relationships with multidisciplinary colleagues and internal/external stakeholders, actively participating in team meetings.
- Utilize patient-centered treatment outcome measures and satisfaction feedback, as well as quality assurance initiatives.
- Contribute to the weekend roster if required.
- Complete administrative tasks arising from each session, collaborating with office administration and reporting statistical data and clinical documentation.
- Attend staff meetings and present at professional development sessions as needed.
- Maintain and enhance own professional knowledge and expertise, developing a continuing professional development portfolio as necessary.
- Foster a positive safety culture by demonstrating commitment to occupational health and safety.
