About The Role

We're seeking a skilled Senior Software Engineer to be part of our multi-disciplinary engineering team that will design, develop, and deploy AI systems that drive agentic AI Automation within the property buying and owning, mortgage broking, and financial services sector.

  • Create user-centric interfaces that enhance operational efficiency and customer experiences.
  • Collaborate with our Product/UX team to deliver innovative solutions.
  • Take ownership of major segments of our system, leveraging your expertise in design and delivery.
  • As an integral member of our greenfield AI-focused engineering team, you'll build robust and scalable software that lays the foundation for a resilient technological framework.
  • Your commitment to writing clean, maintainable code is essential. We prioritize practices that support continuous integration and deployment, adhering to the highest standards and guidelines in software development.
  • Lead the engineering team's rhythm and processes, from planning and resource allocation to design, coding, deployment, and ongoing support.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficiency in TypeScript.
  • Experience with Python or proven ability to pick up secondary languages.
  • Experience with MongoDB or equivalent.
  • Extensive experience with AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS).
  • Strong understanding of front-end technologies (we use React).
  • Solid knowledge of back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js).
  • Experience with distributed systems.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Vendor Assessment.
  • Proven experience working with third-party APIs and services.
  • Able to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
