The Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Andrew Kerr Care in Mornington. As a key member of our team, you will provide person-centered care to our residents, working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents with complex needs, including palliative care, dementia support, and pain management.
  • Provide leadership and support to Enrolled Nurses and Extended Care Assistants, promoting a harmonious team approach.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans, ensuring the needs of residents are met.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse Div 1.
  • Experience in residential aged care or home care, with a focus on dementia care and palliative care support.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
