We are seeking an experienced Client Success Manager to join our innovative HR Fintech start-up providing Earned Wage Access (EWA) solutions across Australia.
- This role involves partnering with organizations to give their employees greater financial flexibility by accessing their earned wages when they need them.
- You will provide a comprehensive suite of Financial Wellbeing tools to support employee financial stability and success.
- You will build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their financial needs are met.
- Develop and execute customized strategies to increase client engagement and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify new business opportunities and drive growth.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in account management, preferably in the fintech or financial services industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with financial software and systems.
- Knowledge of financial products and services.
