We're seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Educational Leader to join our team at Only About Children. Our team values teamwork, collaboration, respect, and passion. Our purpose-built campus is conveniently located, with ample parking and close to public transport.

About the Role
The Educational Leader plays a crucial role in inspiring, motivating, and challenging educators to provide high-quality care and education to our children. This is a collaborative role, involving inquiry and reflection, which can significantly impact the important work educators do with children and their families.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A Diploma or Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) qualification
- Minimum 1-2 years (or equivalent) demonstrated leadership experience as an Ed Leader
- A team-based, collaborative approach to your practices
- The ability to communicate and connect with families
