Expert Identity and Access Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Identity Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our technical staff, you will be responsible for providing expert-level technical support and administration for clients' various environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L3 technical support and administration via clients' ITSM toolset within the Service health indicator (SHI) timeframe
- Engage with third-party vendors to resolve technical issues
- Participate in client projects and develop detailed-level designs
- Develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Perform out-of-hours activities as needed
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in Microsoft Server 2016/2019 products and integrated technologies
- Proficiency in Active Directory and Identity Management Services
- Experience with Citrix Studios and Director
- Advanced scripting skills
- ITIL V3/V4 certification
- Tenable AD experience
- Certificate management experience
- NV2 security clearance is required
