Project Coordinator Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to play a key role in coordinating projects within the Power Industry.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring alignment between the schedule, project scope and key milestones.
  • Implement project management techniques to track project performance and provide regular updates on progress and performance metrics.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies, as well as manage and document changes.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate and timely project reports.
  • Support preparation of financial plans with the project team.
  • Attend project meetings to support financial planning, reporting, and risk management.
  • Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, margin results and the contract/project actual performance compared to budget/forecast plans.
  • Monitor project expenditures and ensure alignment with approved budgets.
  • Provide insightful commentary and recommendations for financial and operational improvements.

  • You are skilled at being the glue between Managers, Supervisors, Teams and Clients, remaining actively involved in day-to-day tasks and long-term goals.
  • You are a self-starter capable of thriving in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
  • You are an advanced critical thinker and a problem solver with a positive can-do attitude.
  • You proactively seek to continuously improve deliverables and work efficiencies.
  • You have prior experience in a Program Coordinator or related role within the Energy Industry or an engineering or construction management environment.
  • You are a pro with MS Office suite of apps and have used SAP.
