Order Fulfillment Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a skilled warehouse professional to assist in the efficient and accurate processing of customer orders.

The key responsibilities within this team will be to accurately pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders. You will work as part of a friendly and diverse workforce, enjoying a collaborative team environment.

  • Picking and packing customer orders efficiently and accurately
  • Providing excellent customer service to clients collecting their orders
  • General warehousing duties, including receiving and dispatching goods
  • Inventory tasks, such as regular stock checks and counts
  • Maintaining adherence to all relevant health and safety standards

To be successful in this role:

  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills
  • Able to read and understand customer orders accurately
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite and basic knowledge of order processing software
  • Experience working with warehouse management systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail for accurate task completion
  • Radar equipment experience is beneficial but not required

This role offers a full-time position with consistent hours in a dynamic team setting.
