About the Role

We are seeking a Roving Care Manager to work across three of our Aurrum Aged Care Homes in Plenty, Reservoir and Brunswick. This role is a leadership position in clinical excellence, where you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standard of care is delivered to our residents every day.

As a Clinical Leader in Aged Care, you will work closely with a team of managers, nurses and carers to set the standard of care in the care home. You will report to the General Manager and will be responsible for leading clinical care, providing clinical assessments, care planning and liaising with medical officers and allied health professionals.

We are looking for a leader who will inspire and empower our team members to deliver exceptional care. You will be a champion of our care philosophy and will create a culture where people love to work and are valued for what they do.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A current Registered Nurse qualification with experience in managing and leading teams
  • Demonstrated success in an aged care or healthcare-related role
  • A track record of delivering outstanding care outcomes
  • Excellent computer literacy and time management skills
  • A valid National Police check
  • A COVID-19 vaccination certificate
