Lead Commercial Litigation Specialist

We are currently looking for a Senior Associate / Special Counsel - Commercial Litigation to join our client's team in Brisbane. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in commercial litigation, including conducting investigations, drafting pleadings, managing document discovery, taking witness statements, and preparing evidence.
About the Role- Lead work streams related to commercial litigation, providing expert legal advice and strategic guidance on a wide range of matters;
- Manage trial preparation, including leading and overseeing the discovery process;
- Provide whole-of-project support and advice to the team;
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar position, ideally working in a team environment;
- Extensive experience in high-value commercial disputes and other litigation;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities;
- A proactive and collaborative approach to work;
The estimated salary for this role is AU$150,000 - AU$180,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a competitive remuneration package that includes a base salary, superannuation, and other benefits.
