Job Title: Quality and Risk Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee our clinical quality and risk management program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement integrated risk management strategies to ensure patient safety and organizational outcomes.
  • Lead the development of quality action plans and manage risks through monitoring and reporting.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to promote risk management across the organization.
Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse or Allied Health Professional registered with the Australian Healthcare Practitioner Agency Authority.
  • Extensive knowledge of quality management and accreditation processes in healthcare.
  • Familiarity with ACQSHC National standards and relevant area of practice standards.
  • Strong analytical skills and expertise in information analysis and research design.
  • Ability to maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders.

  • Results-oriented with a focus on continuous quality improvement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and confident with intuition and motivation.
