Night Fill Manager Job Description

This role is responsible for leading a team of night fill staff to ensure the store is set up for success for the next day of trade. The Night Fill Manager will be responsible for reviewing and planning for sales and seasonal events, effective promotional planning, accurate inventory controls, and regular use of store equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and plan for sales and seasonal events
  • Effective promotional planning
  • Accurate inventory controls
  • Regular use of store equipment including pallet jacks, cutting tools, PPE for cold areas
  • Strong focus on OH&S and safety
  • Delivering key performance metrics and targets across the Nightfill team
  • Leading Store Sustainability commitments
