About the RoleThe Product Training and Engagement Specialist will develop and deliver informative and engaging frontline product training materials to ensure full understanding of new product features, competitive positioning, and Key Selling Points (KSPs) for all new GWM models. This role requires a strong understanding of the technical features that contribute to KSPs and effective delivery of training assets in face-to-face and online formats.
Key Responsibilities- Develop frontline sales and training content in face-to-face and online formats to enhance product knowledge and engagement.
- Ensure widespread training content delivery while monitoring training completion and engagement.
- Train agency partners on new products to assist with marketing campaign development.
- Monthly analysis of competitor retail marketing campaigns using Big Data and wider market analysis.
- Assist with development of retail marketing campaigns and creative with agency partners.
- Bachelor's degree in business or marketing.
- Previous experience in developing and delivering sales and frontline focused training materials, preferably in an automotive OEM.
- Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Exceptional verbal and written skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
