Job Title: Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Pottery Barn. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and sales experiences that exceed our customers' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, responding to their needs, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist customers with finding products, answering questions, and making recommendations to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and returns.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products, including features, benefits, and promotions, to effectively communicate with customers and drive sales.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and support visual merchandising efforts.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance sales and customer service skills.
Requirements:
  • Previous retail sales experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and mutual support.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit card transactions.
  • Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 30 kg, and move merchandise as needed.
