We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated professional to join our team as a Customer Service Associate.

About the Role:

This role requires flexibility with shift times between 7:30am and 6:30pm, Monday to Friday.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Taking inbound customer calls and resolving issues in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Assisting with customer queries by contacting the appropriate team.
  • Updating customers and teammates on freight queries via in and outbound calls.
  • Communicating delays to customers in a timely fashion.
  • Built strong relationships with all relevant parties.

What You'll Need:

  • Previous experience in a call centre/customer care environment is highly regarded.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Able to quickly build rapport with customers and teammates, both locally and interstate.
  • Intermediate skills in data entry with accurate typing skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify, prioritise and resolve problems in a timely manner.
