About the Role

We are seeking an experienced legal secretary to join our fast-paced Banking & Finance team. The successful candidate will work closely with a highly regarded Partner and their team, supporting them on a range of matters including mortgage recoveries, insolvency matters, security enforcements, and commercial risk management and litigation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing diaries and assisting with client enquiries
  • File management, including both electronic and hard copy files
  • Preparation of correspondence and court documents
  • Billing and other administrative tasks

Requirements

  • Experience as a litigation legal secretary
  • Sound skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and show initiative
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation abilities
  • Strong attention to detail
