Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain accurate and detailed project schedules, ensuring seamless integration with project budgets.
  • Manage schedule quality, ensuring clarity, logic, and accuracy.
  • Review and approve contractor schedules, including bar charts, S-curves, histograms, deliverables, and probability/accuracy analysis.
  • Integrate contractor schedules into the master program, ensuring alignment and collaboration with other functions.
  • Manage change control for planning and progress measurement systems, communicating impacts of changes to leadership teams.
  • Apply Earned Value Management techniques to measure, status, and monitor progress and performance, presenting dashboard reports to leadership teams.
  • Issue timely and accurate weekly and month-end reports.
  • Facilitate and participate in schedule workshops, risk reviews, and meetings related to schedule and progress.
  • Establish positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualification in engineering or internationally accredited project controls certification.
  • At least 15 years of industry experience, with 10 years in Planning or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of overall project schedule and business priorities.
  • Experience working on large-scale projects in international environments.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop Planning teams.
  • Client-side or operator experience with exposure to the full project life cycle, from concept to execution.
  • Excellent communication skills for interfacing with project and corporate stakeholders.
  • Advanced skills in Primavera P6, MS Office Suite, Acumen Fuse, Risk Analysis, One Pager, and Business Intelligence tools like Power BI.
