We are currently seeking a skilled Guest Accommodation Attendant to join our team. As a Guest Accommodation Attendant, you will be responsible for providing and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness, hygiene, and comfort in guest accommodation.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. You will work within a flexible rotating roster which includes weekends, evenings, and Public Holidays.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms and public areas.
- Respond to guest requests and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the Housekeeping Department to ensure seamless delivery of services.
