About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our Housekeeping department, you will be responsible for maintaining the professional presentation of our accommodation rooms and delivering exceptional customer service to our guests.

The ideal candidate will have high energy and a positive attitude, good time management skills, and meticulous attention to detail. Previous experience is not essential, but a willingness to learn and work as part of a team is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all areas of the property.
  • Cleaning and preparing guest rooms, including changing linens, cleaning bathrooms, and restocking amenities.
  • Ensuring all equipment is kept in good working order and stored correctly.

Customer Service Requirements:

  • Providing efficient, friendly, and professional service to all guests, both internal and external.
  • Responding to guest queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.

Teamwork Expectations:

  • Working collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Availability to work a range of shifts, including early mornings, weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Physical fitness, as this is a labour-intensive role.
  • Trustworthiness and reliability.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
