Job Summary:

We are seeking an accomplished Data Management Expert to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in managing and maintaining complex enterprise ICT infrastructure, ensuring seamless delivery of client and network applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Administration: Manage data configurations, including installing and upgrading software, while maintaining documentation and procedures.
  • Performance Enhancement: Assess and deploy changes to database structures to ensure optimal performance through monitoring and capacity planning.
  • Specialized Knowledge: Maintain specialized knowledge of data concepts, design principles, and architectures, contributing to the development and enforcement of data standards.
  • Leadership: Provide leadership within small technical teams, allocate tasks, and ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met.
  • ITIL Alignment: Perform ITIL-aligned incident, problem, release, and change management activities.

Technical Expertise:

  • Oracle and SQL Server Database Administrator experience is essential.
  • A strong focus on automation and scripting is required, including PL/SQL, T-SQL, Bash, and PowerShell.
  • Experience with PostgreSQL database administration is highly regarded.
  • Expertise in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, including Oracle Multitenant Architecture, Real Application Clusters (RAC), Oracle Data Guard, and Transparent Data Encryption is desirable.
