Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled security consultant to join our team of Canberra-based offensive security specialists. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with clients to deliver high-quality penetration testing and assurance services, leveraging your expertise in offensive security tooling and vulnerability identification.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough security assessments and penetration testing to identify vulnerabilities and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their security needs and develop tailored solutions to address their concerns.
  • Utilize a range of offensive security tooling and techniques to identify vulnerabilities and develop exploit chains.
  • Communicate complex technical information to clients in a clear and concise manner, ensuring effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
  • Work closely with our development and operations teams to advise on security best practices and implement effective security policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in penetration testing and vulnerability identification, with a strong understanding of security fundamentals and industry standards.
  • Knowledge of Linux operating systems and offensive security tooling, with experience in using a range of security tools and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
  • Relevant certifications, such as GPEN, GWAPT, or OSCP, are highly regarded.
