Job Title: Event Support Associate

Event Summary:

Promote exceptional guest service by assisting team members in ensuring they are presented correctly for their character roles during the DC Super Heroes and Super-Villains event at Warner Bros. Movie World.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support team members to maintain high standards of presentation and character portrayal
  • Maintain punctuality and adhere to scheduled timelines
  • Navigate and provide direction to float drivers during the parade, prioritizing safety for both team members and guests
  • Interact with guests and emphasize excellent customer service as a top priority

Requirements:

  • Unrestricted Driver's License is mandatory
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with prior experience in providing exceptional guest service
  • Strong time management skills are essential for success in this role
  • Enthusiastic personality with the ability to work effectively as part of a team
