Role Overview

As a Team Leader, you will play a vital role in facilitating a consistently high standard of operational delivery outcomes for your immediate team and meeting individual delivery objectives through the management of a reduced caseload.

This includes supporting team performance across quality, productivity, and compliance to external regulations and internal policies and procedures. The duties of this role are diverse and challenging, requiring strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire team members through 1:1 meetings and file reviews.

Additionally, you will be responsible for providing mentoring, coaching, and training to team members to develop their skills and competence, promoting a positive team culture, and facilitating buzz meetings. You will also conduct tailored assessments and job plans, assist jobseekers in overcoming vocational and non-vocational barriers, provide participants with tailored pathways into sustainable employment, manage job plans, undertake reverse marketing to employers, and work with the broader team to achieve shared goals and outcomes.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

- A minimum of [number] years of experience as a Senior Employment Consultant within Employment Services

- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders

- Proven experience in managing diverse teams and achieving exceptional results

- A valid driver's license and a valid Police Check, WWCC/Blue card
