We are seeking an accomplished leader to fill the role of Operations Support Manager. This position offers a unique opportunity to drive high performance and accountability within our centres.

This is a dynamic leadership role that involves managing multiple centres, collaborating with Centre Directors and teams, driving results, ensuring compliance, leading new centre openings, and developing training programs. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, commercial experience, and a solid understanding of Regulations/Legislations, including state variations, EYLF, and NQS.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a group of centres across Adelaide metro
  • Collaborate with Centre Directors and teams to uphold core values and standards
  • Drive high performance and accountability for results within centres
  • Ensure compliance with Education and Care national regulations, National Quality Standards, and Early Years Learning Framework
  • Lead and support on the opening of new centres across the group
  • Develop and deliver training programs across the group

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma in Children's Services or Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood)
  • Valid Working with Children Check
  • Strong understanding of Regulations/Legislations, including state variations, EYLF, and NQS
  • Leadership and commercial experience, with centre management desirable
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to self-manage time with conflicting priorities
  • Strong relationships focus
  • Computer skills and systems knowledge across Qikkids, CCSS, and ISS
