Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality administrative support to the site-based team, ensuring seamless and compliant day-to-day operations.
  • Manage site documentation and correspondence, including contract files, registers, and meeting minutes, using our systems.
  • Coordinate procurement and financial processes such as raising purchase orders, processing invoices, and reconciling vendor issues.
  • Support site logistics including team mobilisation, accommodation arrangements, and supply coordination.
  • Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, and service providers to ensure timely communication and resolution of administrative matters.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in an administrative environment, with strong skills in document management, filing systems, and keyboard proficiency.
  • High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with the ability to produce clear, accurate documentation and reports.
  • Experience in contract administration and familiarity with procurement and financial processes, including invoice management.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a site-based project environment, with strong attention to detail, time management, and a collaborative mindset.
  • An awareness of community expectations, with a respectful and professional approach to stakeholder engagement and project impact.
