As a senior leader in insurance risk management, you will lead a team of specialists responsible for monitoring and managing risk across the financial system.

Your key responsibilities include developing strategic direction, collaborating with other teams to provide a cohesive risk view, and providing technical advice on risk matters.

You will also oversee the development of insights on risk system-wide and at entity levels, contribute to policy, data collections, and reporting, and model inclusive leadership behaviors.

The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge and understanding of insurance risk, demonstrable expertise in people and resource management, solid strategic leadership capabilities, and strong negotiation and influencing skills.

They will be able to establish and maintain sound working relationships with peers, team members, and stakeholders in a professional environment.

Professional qualifications or equivalent experience are required.

To be eligible for this role, you must be an Australian citizen eligible for a Baseline Security clearance.
