This is an exciting opportunity to deliver exceptional care and support to vulnerable members of our community.

Key Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to individuals in their homes or residential settings.

  • Develop strong, trusting relationships with clients and their families.
  • Assess and meet the unique needs of each client, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being are maintained at all times.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve outstanding outcomes and provide seamless care.
  • Participate in regular training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.

As a compassionate care worker, you will also be required to:

  • Hold a minimum Certificate III (or equivalent) in Aged Care/Individual Support/Home and Community Care or related disciplines.
  • Obtain current National Police Certificate, NDIS Worker, WWCC clearances or demonstrate willingness to obtain.
  • Maintain current First Aid and CPR certification.
  • Hold a valid Driver's Licence and maintain reliable, fully insured transportation.
